Samuel Forester
Sam has practiced in the field of physical therapy since 1995. He graduated from Louisiana College with a bachelors in Health and Physical Education. He has two Masters degrees, the first in 1995 in Exercise Physiology from Louisiana Tech and a second Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine (Florida) for Health Sciences in 2000. Sam is an avid sports fan and coaches youth sports (baseball, football and basketball) as well as officiating High School Football. Sam is married to the former Lisa Stepp who teaches history and coaches cross country at Tioga High School. Sam and Lisa have two boys who both play sports.
Anna Lavespere OT
Anna graduated from Texas Womens University in 1991 and has been practicing Occupational Therapy in Cenla since that time. She specializes in hand injuries as she is one of the few certified hand therapists in Louisiana.
